"Thermal sensor of the drive triggered overload protection" almost seems like you have some level of overheating that eventually cools down, or defective sensing within the drive.

Heres some pics of what I need:

The rubber safety switch slides into a track, not sure of the proper name for that either. Any thoughts?

What is the name of the safety switches that you lean on to activate? Its like a red rubber strip that goes around the perimeter of a machine. NC contacts that open when you lean against it.
Can't find the specific name for these anywhere.

I thought they were tape switches but now I'm not sure.

Just google or bing vacuum pump repair and make some calls for pricing. It will give you an idea of pricing and then you can see if your local pump repair place is worth it or not.

Greetings ,
I stumbled upon this site researching
Obsolete hv devices and test equipment my big brother passed away and for the past 4 years I've stored the bulk of his electronic components and alike. My question is what would you do with this stuff?

That's a tough one, try selling components in bulk on eBay, I think they would be hard to get rid of individually.

Thanks for the Weg Alarm list! Although I'm still trying to figure out a pattern for my alarms, I may have something else wrong in my system causing uneven loading, I'm not sure yet.

I forgot to ask, what model or series inverter was this?

It is a Weg CFW Inverter, CFW700 to be more specific.

Troubleshooting 101 / Weg F0150 Fault Alarm

I've got an older Weg drive that occasionally throws out a F0150 Fault, anyone have any detailed info on the F0150 alarm / fault?

It does not happen every day, the motor can run for days or even a few weeks error free. Thanks!

Hello everybody,
How do I use field weakening on a drive/motor combo. I need to go way beyond the rated RPM of the motor and I was told I can do this by using field weakening on the drive. it is an older Reliance drive and there are settings for field weakening, I'm just not sure what has to be done.

thanks!
