What is Not at Speed Alarm on a Parker AC Drive?

What is Parker NOT AT SPEED alarm mean on a Parker AC drive? I'm looking for a simple explanation as to what Not at Speed means.

And how do you clear the not at speed alarm from a Parker AC drive?

Here is what the manual says: The motor was unable to reach the required speed to carry out the Autotune. Possible reasons include:

1. motor shaft not free to turn
2. the motor data is incorrect

This is self explanatory, it tells you that the autotune wasn't able to finish because the motor shaft was restricted or because the calibration settings were not entered correctly.
