What is Fanuc SV0436 Alarm?

Looking for some info on this problem as well as some other Fanuc alarms.  If any Fanuc maintenance techs have details or a good, simple explanation for the SV0436 fault, I would appreciate it...

SOFTTHERMAL(OVC) The digital servo software detected a software thermal (OVC).
