What is Speed Feedback Alarm on a Parker AC Drive?

What is Parker SPEED FEEDBACK alarm mean on a Parker AC drive? I'm looking for a simple explanation as to what Speed Feedback means.

And how do you clear the speed feedback alarm from a Parker AC drive?

The manual says: SPEED ERROR > 50.00% for 10 seconds

Not much info in the troubleshooting guide, I assume there is either a feedback problem, (encoder or tacho) or it is also possible the motor is being oversped by an external force, for example, a flywheel.

I would also say a runaway flywheel is a good example of a cause for a speed feedback alarm, also broken cabling leading to your feedback device, or simply a failed feedback device, but keep in mind you'll see just as many broken cables as you will failed encoders, tachos, etc.
