What is Overspeed Alarm on a Parker AC Drive?

What is Parker OVERSPEED alarm mean on a Parker AC drive? I'm looking for a simple explanation as to what Overspeed means.

And how do you clear the overspeed alarm from a Parker AC drive?

The manual says: Speed feedback > 150% for 0.1 seconds

It doesn't necessarily tell you why, it just tells you that the drive "believes" it is exceeding the max speed. You should be able to press the "E" button to clear this alarm, however that won't fix the reason for the drive thinking it is overspeeding the motor.
