Good day.
Faced a problem. Error OL2 is not reset.
It occurs mainly at line starts at low speeds (due to the technological mode).
The problem is that the error is not reset by any method. But over time, it disappears itself. After that, the drive is functioning properly.
Contacted by manufacturers, no solution was found.

We never found the electronic thermal relay, which is mentioned in the technical manual.
Has anyone encountered such problems, are there any solutions?

"Thermal sensor of the drive triggered overload protection" almost seems like you have some level of overheating that eventually cools down, or defective sensing within the drive.

thank.
Tell me where is this sensor?

Роман

found another incomprehensible aspect ..
between the DC bus and the output buses (to the engine)
+ and tires over 20 DC
- and tires on 560 DC
at the same time, the Frequency Driveis in standby mode and not ready, there should be no voltage there ... (this situation applies to Frequency Drive with nonexistence a nd in good condition)

Check the Motor: A faulty motor can cause problems with the drive's performance. Use a multimeter to test the motor's resistance and ensure that it is within the manufacturer's specifications.

If you're still unable to find the problem with your Yaskawa drive, it may be time to contact Yaskawa technical support they are available, and they help without too much of a headache.
