What is Fanuc SV0448 Alarm?

Looking for some info on this problem as well as some other Fanuc alarms.  If any Fanuc maintenance technicians have details or a good, simple explanation for the SV0448 fault, I would appreciate it...

UNMATCHED FEEDBACK ALARM

The sign of the feedback signal from the standalone detector is opposite to that from the feedback signal from the built–on Pulsecoder.
