What is Fanuc SV0005 Alarm?

Looking for some better info on this servo fault and some other Fanuc servo alarms.  Any Fanuc maintenance technicians have details or a good, simple explanation for the SV0005 alarm?

SYNC EXCESS ERROR (MCN) In feed axis control , for synchronization, the difference value of the machine coordinate between a master and slave axes exceeded the parameter (No. 8314) setting value.

This alarm occurs for a master or slave axis.
