What is 24V Failure Alarm on a Parker AC Drive?

What is Parker 24V FAILURE alarm mean on a Parker AC drive? I'm looking for a simple explanation as to what 24V Failure means.

And how do you clear the 24v failure alarm from a Parker AC drive?

From the Manual: The 24V customer output has fallen below 17V. 24V customer output is short circuited. (Excessive loading)

Most likely mis-wiring of the 24V output or a short circuit to the load or the relay connected at this point. This problem can easily be resolved by temporarily disconnecting the load and troubleshooting from there...
